Stephen is the chairman of REGA and one of the founding members. He is an experienced mountain and nature guide. Broad knowledge in plants, birds, and other animals of the region.

Brean is a mountain guide and nature interpreter and head of finance.

Abraham is a mountain guide and nature interpreter who works as the association's coordinator.

Narscisse
Co-founder & Conservation Manager
Ndayambaje, the secretary, senior nature interpreter trainer and conservation manager, is one of the co-founders of the organisation.

Chief Guide
Johnson is the chief guide and one of the best mountaineers in the Rwenzori Mountains. He is now 42 years old and has more than 15 years of mountaineering experience. He lives in Ibanda Town in Kasese.

Nelson is a senior mountaineer and head of the United Anti-Poaching Unit.

Conservation Ambassador
Neckson is a mountain guide and nature interpreter and responsible for organising lessons at schools in the area about nature conservation. He is 30 years old and comes from Nyakalenjijo.

David is from Germany and went on a tour of the Rwenzori Mountains with Stephen Kule in 2023, which left a lasting impression on him. As a result, he became friends with Stephen and heard about the formation of REGA. He is a supporter of the organisation and manages its online presence.
